- Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products, including handbags. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are error-free or complete.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£) but exclusive of delivery costs. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing.
3. Orders
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.
- Payment: We accept payment via debit card, credit card or via Paypal. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or other factors beyond our control.
- Import Duties: Please note that we have no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.
5. Returns
- Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. If you wish to return the goods, please email sam@mawi.co.uk with your name and order number so we can process the return. We will write back to you instructions on how to return the item(s) along with a return code. In order for us to accept returns, the goods must be in the same condition as they were when they were delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected, minus shipping charges. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Mawi Keivom and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of any content is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
